Payment Methods

I currently accept payments via credit card or Paypal. Paypal is one of the most secure and widely accepted payment systems in the world today and there is no charge to the buyer. All financial information provided during checkout goes directly through the payment gateway and is not seen or retained by Chain Reaction Jewelry.

Shipping

Chain Reaction makes every effort to minimize shipping costs but they are necessary to cover the actual cost of shipping as well as packaging materials. In most cases, several shipping options are offered depending on whether cost, speed or carrier is most important to the buyer. Shipping costs are calculated by total order value.

Returns and Exchanges

It is always my hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you wish to make a return, items may be returned for refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) or exchanged if received within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be received in original condition. Return shipping is buyer's responsibility. Please notify me via email if you will be returning an item.

All products must be unused and undamaged, in original packaging (whenever possible) to ensure a full credit. Chain Reaction Jewelry reserves the right to refuse a refund request or charge the restocking fee if returns do not comply with this policy.

Please note - once worn, Chain Reaction Jewelry is not responsible for lost jewelry. Unless otherwise stated, custom-ordered items are non-returnable.
