Chain Reaction makes every effort to minimize shipping costs but they are necessary to cover the actual cost of shipping as well as packaging materials. In most cases, several shipping options are offered depending on whether cost, speed or carrier is most important to the buyer. Shipping costs are calculated by country and total order value. USPS now offers Small Package Flat Rate Priority International to many countries so international shipping is very reasonable. Over 25+ countries are currently available. If when placing your order your country is not shown, contact me via email to add your country to the system.

It is always my hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you wish to make a return, items may be returned for refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) or exchanged if received within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be received in original condition. Return shipping is buyer's responsibility. Please notify me via email if you will be returning an item.
All products must be unused and undamaged, in original packaging (whenever possible) to ensure a full credit. Chain Reaction Jewelry reserves the right to refuse a refund request or charge the restocking fee if returns do not comply with this policy.

If a Chain Reaction item is lost or damaged please contact me and I will do my best to repair or replace the item. Repair and replacement estimates are quoted on an individual basis depending on the type of damage and/or cost of replacement materials.
U.S. domestic shipping method is USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Overnight depending on customer selection. Alternate methods are available upon request. Domestic shipping costs are based on total value purchased.
